The situation is the table is very close. Three teams have equal points (36) and share 2nd-4th place. One of these teams is Titaanit. Other two teams have chances to go into the top 4, so Titaanit cannot afford to lose easy points. VT-HT are the weakest team, they are at the bottom of the table with 19 defeats of 29 games. One more or less will not be significant for them. Need for points and greater skills should be enough to predict away win.

Finland, Suomisarja North.
As I have written many times, RoKi are too good for this division - 26 wins out of 32 matches, 182:69 goal difference. Now they play at home agaisnt Jeppis, 2nd in the table. I believe the powerful RoKi will be motivated enough to win this game. Jeppis are four points ahead of the third placed team, most probably they will keep their position in the end of the season even if they lose today. Home advantage, motivation and power - what more to say for a home win.

4th against 5th from the regular season.
This is their second playoff match after Sparta won at home 4-1 two days ago. Both teams are very good at home and do not play so well away. Stavanger were the second best home team in the league with a home record of 14-3-4, Sparta away lost 13 out of 21 matches. The teams met four times during the season as all of the games ended with a home win - Stavanger won twice (2-0, 4-2), Sparta won twice (2-1, 4-2). Another home win expected tonight.

Norway, Gildeserien - Women.
NTG/Stabek are nothing special. I don't rate them too high, they are a mid-table team or even a little bit worse. They have lost 9 games out of 15 and their good results come playing bottom teams or teams like them. Against stronger opponents they usually lose. Tertnes is a good team, they are on 4th place with a record 9-1-5. However, Tertnes lost three games in a row and I think this is too much for them. Tonight it is their chance for a win and I hope they'll take it. Their first meeting this season ended 36-27, Tertnes win.

Backing RoKi is always a good idea. The team is much stronger than the rest in the division and they have 24 wins in 30 matches with great goal difference 165-67. Last week they couldn't win against the bootom club, so I don't expect them to fail another match. Et-Po are in form and currently are in 3rd place, but I rate their chances not too big. This season RoKi have beaten them 6-2, 4-1, 7-1. The odd is good.

Sweden, Div 1D.
Vasby are currently in 2nd place, equal on points with the leaders. Their away record is impressive - 12 wins and only 3 defeats. Vallentuna are not a bad team, at home they play well and have lost only 3 times, but all defeats are agaisnt stronger teams like Vasby. So I think Vasby have the power to win tonight and go on the top of the table. One mutual game this season - Vasby won at home 5-2.

Sweden, Allsvenskan.
Malmo Redhawks are the division leaders. They have won 24 out of 36 games, away 10 wins in 17 games. Their goal difference is huge 151:61, they score a lot and don't allow many chances to their rivals. Nykoping are a low-table team and I don't see them taking something from tonight's game. In the last the encouters against Malmo they have not even scored a goal, losing badly 0-3, 0-5, 0-6. Anything but an away win will be a surprise.

Et-Po are in great form, having won 6 out of 7 games this year. They climbed up the table and are now in 4th place. Kiekko-Laser have a bad run of 5 straight defeats, they lost their last two away games with a huge margin (9-0 vs the leaders RoKi, 7-1 vs the bottom YJK). They have a good record against Et-Po this season, losing only once and winning 4 times. But I doubt they can get something away from the in-form hosts now.

I think this line is too high and I doubt there will be even 50 goals. HC West matches are all low-scoring (average 50 goals), they are the most defensive team in the league. EIF are just above the bottom place and they do not have much attacking power either. Three mutuals games this season, all three under 56.5 goals.

I think the line here is too low. Both teams should score easily over 60 goals. Cocks are the second best scoring team, and against the bottom club nothing should stop them. Three mutuals games this season, all three are over 58.5 goals.
